  We decided to switch to T-Mobile from Verizon after my phone died and we had no obligation to be tied down to Verizon anymore. We went to the store on 7/6/17 around 6PM and fortunately for us there was no line. We were greeted by Joshua who was excellent in explaining all the details to us in regards to the new plan, phones, special offers on the phones, how to get reimbursed for our early termination fees from Verizon, everything. He was very patient with us as we also had our 1/5 year old son with us running around. He answered every single question we had without hesitation and with respect, as he multitasks in setting up our account. We were very pleased with how he handled offering us different phone options as a few of the ones we wanted were not available. Although I knew most of the details of the new plan prior to going into the store, it was still much appreciated by my family that he was able to explain everything simply for us. I was hesitant on going to this store based on the reviews but I honestly don't see how there could be so many bad reviews. T-Mobile should do something for Joshua as he was excellent in his service. Thanks.

  Horrible customer service. I'm literally watching two workers explain how to work here and I'm here just to grab an accessory s8. Been waiting 15mins now but the manager would rather do nothing. Stay away from this place
